Just bottled the sweet stout my husband and I are perfecting. And oh goodness did we do a good job, if I do say so myself. It occurred to me that I haven’t done a whole lot of explaining about our decision to leave school and open a brewery. I shall do just that in a few days. But today, the sun is shining (and it hasn’t all week), so you can find me spending the afternoon outside.
